First things first, open up a command prompt (Go to the Start Menu, Run... and type in &quot;cmd&quot; in the box)

Now Type in the command you&#039;ve put in your batch file and hit return - this will allow you to see any errors that are popping up.

One of the things to watch are the quotes around the paths - if they&#039;re not there then the robocopy command won&#039;t work as expected.
